2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups water
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 3/4 cups fresh lemon juice
1 cup fresh mint leaves, firmly packed
Mix sugar and water in a saucepan and cook for 5 minutes; cool. Stir in orange and lemon juice and pour over mint leaves. Let stand for 1 hour, then strain into jar and refrigerate. Use ½ cup syrup for each glass. Fill with ice and water (or try mixing with sparkling water for some fizz.)
