ULTRA CREAMY CHEESE DIP


1 (8oz) package cream cheese

¼ cup milk

1 pkg. (8oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ c. red peppers, chopped

1 green onion, sliced

Crackers

Beat cream cheese and milk with mixer until well blended. Add cheddar cheese; mix well. Stir in peppers and onions. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Serve with crackers.
