EGGS RANCHEROS

2 cans green chilies
2 cups sour cream
12 eggs
1 lb grated Monterey Jack cheese

Line a 9x13 greased pan with green chilies. Beat eggs, add sour cream, and cheese. Pour over chilies. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve with Salsa.
