Sourdough Pancakes (Ann)

Night before: Sourdough start
1 ½ cup water
1 ½ cup flour
Mix well and cover loosely

Morning: TAKE OUT START (1 cup)
Add to batter and mix well:
2 eggs 1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt 2 Tbsp oil (optional)
½ tsp soda
Cook on a hot griddle
