4 C. flour
1/3 C. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. yeast
1/3 C. butter
1 C. warm milk
1 beaten egg
Dissolve yeast in warm milk. In large bowl, mix together milk and yeast with 2 flour, sugar and salt. Mix in remaining flour (enough so that dough is easy to handle). Turn onto lightly floured surface and knead 5 minutes. Place dough in greased bowl and turn over so dough is completely coated with grease. Cover and let rise until doubles in size.
SAUCE
1 C. packed brown sugar
1 cube butter or margarine
1/4 C. dark corn syrup
pecan halves
Heat brown sugar and butter until boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add corn syrup. Poor into 9X13 pan and sprinkle in pecan halves
FILLING
2 T. butter or margarine
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 C. chopped pecans
Roll out dough into 12X15 rectangle. Spread melted butter on, leaving 1/2 inch around sides untouched. Sprinkle on chopped pecans. mix sugars and cinnamon and sprinkle on dough. Roll up and slice 1 inch thick. Place in pan, slightly apart. Let rise until double. Bake 350 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and dump up-side-down onto serving plate.
