Add: 1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups water or milk
Add: 2 Tb yeast
6 to 7 cups flour
Knead by hand or mixer 10-15 min. Form into 4 round balls and put into pie plates. Let rise until double. Then brush with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 400 for 25 to 30 min.
