Austin's Aunt Nadine's Pizza Crust

2 Tbs. dry yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 Tbs. salt
5-6 cups flour
2 cups warm water

Soften yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Stir until melted. Add 2 cups warm water. Combine flour and salt. Mix well. Knead for 5 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes. Divide into two balls and press into greased pizza pans or stones. Put on toppings.
