2 cups flour (white or wheat)
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 shortening
1 cup milk
Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix dry ingredients into bowl. Cut in shortening until it looks like course crumbs. Make a well; add milk all at once. Stir until all the flour is mixed in. Drop from a spoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
