5 ripe bananas
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup butter or marg.
1-1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
3 cups whole wheat flour
Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Pour into 2 greased bread pans. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees then 25 more minutes at 325 degrees. I have noticed it may need to bake a little longer, use a toothpick or knife inserted in the middle to check if done.
